Multiprocessing Support

Currently I am refactoring a lot of stuff since APScheduler since some months support multiprocessing for job execution.

Yesterday I rewrote the scheduling code but there are still some more things to do. Actually I do not know what is wrong. Scheduling works and execution of jobs is working too but the execution of services fails at some point.

I am on it... ;)
