This single commit performs two major actions:
1. Reverts all instances of the 'irssip' custom branding back to the original 'irssi' naming. This includes a comprehensive and precise update of the binary name, default home directory, configuration files, documentation, tests, and all internal #include paths. The 'irssiproxy' module name is intentionally left unchanged.
2. Introduces 'configure.sh', a portable shell script that guides the user through the installation process, offering side-by-side installation to prevent conflicts.
This approach ensures a clean, atomic change that prepares the branch for both upstream pull requests and user-friendly installation.

- Separacja modułów: systemowy irssi nie znajdzie naszych modułów w @INC
Exit safely on SIGTERM by emitting "gui exit" from the main loops of
fe-text and fe-none rather than from the signal handler itself.

Most of these have been deprecated since forever (2.2), but they didn't
raise warnings. Now they do, and the warnings are not the most verbose
warnings you could ask for, but, they point in the right direction.
This doesn't handle the GTimeVal deprecation warnings. Those seem
trickier since they cover API, will look into those right after this.
it fallbacks to "module" again. If it is found, it tries to load several
other modules too, like irc_module, fe_module and fe_irc_module.
Split perl module to perl_core and fe_perl. Removed "_common" from some
fe_common modules.

Changed configure.in's functionality so that you could tell what modules you
want to build in main irssi binary and it will create automatically the .c
files that need to call the module_init()/deinit() functions.
Fixed several minor things..

- GNOME version isn't anymore build here so you don't need all that GTK and
GNOME crap to compile irssi-text.
- Some fixes to compile with -ansi -pedantic
