Use signal.pause() instead of while True to keep Linspector running. A while True loop starts using 100% of one CPU when there is no sleep() inserted. That's not a good way to keep a program running. (0.20.3)

Made the logger an object to be multiprocessing compatible.
...
The initialization of the Configuration() object can not log anymore since the Log() object initialization requires the Configuration(). Maybe I will find a better solution in the future. For now, it fixes bugs and makes my life easier.

Moved lish plugin to bin/lish since it should not be part of the core.
...
Lish can be used when the RPC plugin is loaded. Renamed Lish plugin to RPC. It is better to make Lish a own program since it would not work in daemon mode.
